Commentary by Allan E. Parker
It is with fear and some trepidation that I write this warning to you. I am writing to you because of my love for you. It is my duty as a watchman on the wall (Ezekiel 33:6) to warn you and others of the coming judgment upon America. I felt a similar impression from The Lord in 2008 before the financial crash/freeze and warned only a few people. Those who took precautions, such as myself, were protected. I felt bad later that I had not warned more people. I am going to speak to you from my heart. I urge you to evaluate this message in light of your own circumstances, pray, and do as the Lord leads you.
I am not a prophet or a financial advisor but I have studied the Bible for many years, having read it cover to cover many times. I have been blessed to participate in many high level government meetings. I receive a lot of information from many sources as President of The Justice Foundation.
SOMETHING BIG IS COMING!
I believe that probably in September or October something is coming. It could be as late as December. I believe America is going to come under another more severe act of God’s judgment on the United States because He is trying to get our attention. He is trying to discipline the children he loves (Hebrews 12:6 and Proverbs 3:12). He is going to be shaking America and the world to show that He is God. If we place our trust in anything else, – including nations, governments, military, banking systems, whatever, – those hopes and trusts will be dashed. Our only security is in The Lord.
Our nation has shed innocent blood on a massive scale since 1973. See Roe and Doe. In 1962, we officially abandoned God and forsook the covenant that our forefathers made with God when we eliminated prayer from school. See Engel v. Vitale. We have committed the two greatest sins a nation can commit: 1) forsaking God, and 2) shedding innocent blood. We have now advanced to where we are practicing (almost worshipping) sexual immorality on a massive scale, exalting false gods in America, and because of our greed we are ignoring the enduring economic principles that God’s wisdom has provided for us. We may be about to abandon Israel at the United Nations in September, when The General Assembly begins.
When I received an impression from the Lord and the idea to begin collecting women’s testimonies in the year 2000, as part of an effort to overturn Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton, I continually prayed for about one month, “Lord, is that you?” In addition to many other confirmations, He directed my attention to a passage I was not looking for, Isaiah 28:14-22 as confirmation from His Word. (If you have not heard that story before you can click here on our most recent email about the Sandra Cano Memorial Service where I tell more of that story.)
It is interesting to note those passages say in verse 19: “And it will be sheer terror to understand what it means.” It also says in verse 22: “And now do not carry on as scoffers, or your fetters will be made stronger; for I have heard from The Lord God of Hosts of decisive destruction on all the earth.”
From the beginning, those Biblical warnings about terror and destruction concerned me, but I did not know what they meant for us today. On September 4, 2001, one week before the 9/11 disaster, we had our first press conference at the National Press Club with a post-abortive woman, Molly White, to support a national pro-life campaign called “Shake the Nation.” After the press conference was over, I turned to the organizer, Janet Porter Rogers, and said to her, “I feel like God is getting ready to shake this nation.” One week later the 9/11 disaster occurred. The Twin Towers, representing America as the global leader of world trade, came crashing to the earth and America was shaken to its core. We cancelled our “Shake the Nation” Campaign because we felt God had shaken the nation and that it would be too much to continue to send baby rattles to Congress since God had rattled them. In addition, the Anthrax scare meant that packages which rattled with baby rattles would not get through to Congress.
I don’t know for sure where this disaster will occur or how. The reason I believe this judgment is coming in September or October is because God tends to work in 7 year cycles. The first disaster was 9/11/2001. The second disaster was in September 2008 and September 2015 would be seven years later. In the Old Testament, God warns the nation of Israel that if they abandon Him, He will try to warn them to turn back to Him and that He longs to forgive us, if we repent. In the New Testament, Jesus called on everyone to repent before His death and resurrection. After that, in Revelation, He warns the New Testament Churches to repent. Revelation 2-3.
However, the Bible also warns that the judgments will get seven times stronger each time they come. Because of that, it would not surprise me if the disasters included a terror attack by foreign adversaries, an economic collapse, and natural disasters between this September and next September.
He calls us to repent because God is a loving father who wants His children to grow and mature and do right in life. A loving parent will apply the least amount of correction to a child to get their attention and to get them to do the right thing. The first correction may be a gentle touch, or calling the child’s name and telling them that’s not right. If that doesn’t work, then the parent moves to consequences. If that doesn’t work, then corporal punishment may be necessary. Corporal punishment is repeatedly spoken of as a good thing in the Bible. (For further reasons for why it occurs in September and October and why there have been so many stock market crashes in those months, see Jonathan Cahn’s book, “The Mystery of the Shemitah”. What Can We Do?
First, I urge you to examine your conscience before The Lord Jesus Christ. Have you accepted Him as your Savior and Lord by confessing Him as Lord (which means boss)? Romans 10:9. If He is not your boss and either you, yourself or something else in your life is your top priority then you are in sin and may not be saved. Salvation and security comes from confessing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Second, if you have confessed Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you still can be and are a sinner. (I John 1:8-9). You need to cleanse yourself of all unrighteousness by confessing your sins to God as we approach this time of trouble which is coming to our nation and the world. Examine your conscience and ask Him to forgive you of all your sins. Gather whenever you can with other Christians to repent and pray for America. II Chronicles 7:13-14 says, “When I shut heaven so that there is no rain, or when I command the locust to devour the land, or when I send pestilence among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
Note that there are four things required: God’s people (not the world, not the lost), must 1) humble ourselves 2) pray 3) seek His face, and 4) turn from our wicked ways. I believe there has been much humbling, praying and seeking God’s face in America. However, I do not feel that the Body of Christ has turned from our wicked ways. If you are clinging to any sin, now is the time to ask God to forgive you and to give you the grace and the power of the Holy Spirit to abandon and turn from these sins and turn back to God. (In my case, this is a frequent necessity).
The greatest commandment, the first commandment, is to love the Lord your God, with all your heart, all your mind, all your soul, all your strength. The second commandment is to love your neighbor as yourself. Are you obeying those two commandments? If not, ask God for forgiveness.
After Repentance, Prepare
Seek the Lord’s will for how you should prepare for hard times. I am not an accomplished planner in this area. I don’t have any special training but even simple disaster preparedness says you ought to have water, food and fuel in your home in case the power goes out. The Bible says to “divide your wealth into seven or even eight portions because we don’t know what misfortune may occur on the earth.” Eccl. 11:2. I took my money out of the stock market in 2008. Consider your own situation and pray.
When all is said and done, trust in the Lord. Jesus warned His disciples about the large disruption that would come at the end of the age near the time just before His return. Matthew 24-25. No one knows when that is but He also said do not be afraid. I am not saying that will happen this year, I don’t know. If you are secure in the Lord Jesus then your security is in Jesus Christ. The time is short for all of us. Whether that be the short number of days that each of us have left until we die (“and after this it is appointed for judgment” Heb. 9:27), or if we are indeed soon to see the return of Christ in our lifetimes. No one knows the hour and the time except the Father. Matthew 24:36.
It is not too late to repent. If America will return to God, then just as He did for Nineveh, just as He has done for America in the past, just as He will for any sinner, if we return to Him with our whole heart and honor Him with our heart and our actions and not just with our lips, He will relent. He does not want anyone to perish, but that all would come to salvation.
